This week Lerab Ling host the third International Forum "Buddhism and Medicine" .
leading experts will gather to present the latest scientific research on the benefits of meditation and the results of the application of meditation in various settings and medical treatment. We will also approach Buddhist meditation and you will be able to follow guided meditations.
The topic of the conference "Meditation, a combined therapy for the modern world" has attracted much interest, both professionally and personally, and we are expecting over 650 participants.
Stakeholders include Jon Kabat-Zinn Frederick Rosenfeld, Clifford Saron , Erika Rosenberg and Cathy White. Sogyal Rinpoche and Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche present meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
