Blueprints For A Floating Arm Trebuchet

Shedra The Rigpa moved to the United States!

"Explorer View"

The first event of Shedra Rigpa U.S.

organized by the Institute Tenzin Gyatso

with Professor Steven Goodman

of 25 to 29 September 2010

In this introduction to the Buddhist view that promises to be lively and rich discussions, Professor Steven Goodman explores the importance of questioning and the investigation as carriers of our contemplative spiritual practice. By identifying new perspectives on key points such as the Four Noble Truths, the right view, the empty nature of all things, the eight consciousnesses and the Buddha nature, Professor Goodman will show how we can transform our daily experiences of suffering and change an attitude of acceptance, compassion, openness and devotion that is wise and caring. The seminar will include presentations, discussions and guided meditations. It is preferable but not essential, to have some previous knowledge of Buddhism.
