Annealing Temperature Calculator For Primer Pairs

printing

The frame used by your printer is very important and dramatically changing the print quality. A few years ago, a grid of 175 PPA was reasonable in the technologies used. With the advent of CTP systems (Computer-to-plate), the precision level was increased, allowing the use of frames with a much higher screen ruling.

There are 2 main types of frame: the frame traditional and stochastic .

traditional Frame: It consists of points where the distance between their central point is equal. Only the size of the dot changes to play with different shades. When we speak of LPP (lines per inch) and LPI (lines per inch) is the number of rows of dots per inch. The higher the screen frequency (LPI), the higher the items are small but close together, the better the quality. So, a frame contains 250 lines 250LPP dots per inch. The current values are between 150 and 300 BVG BVG. This frame type is suitable for most jobs. In Modern Printing a special frame developed by FUJI 25o LPP is used.

stochastic : Unlike the traditional frame, the frame uses stochastic points of identical size (but very small) but the distance between each point will change to define the different shades. Similar technology is used with ink jet printers. This type of printing gives an excellent result with the photos, but tends to affect granular masses of color on the uniforms.
